1. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

To reduce fraudulent use of customer credit cards, all orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases, we will ship to any convenient address but we reserve the right to decline your order if we believe this represents a security risk. On high value orders, we may also try to contact you if you fail to include a landline number.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed shipment of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and make every effort to source a similar product or service.

All images of product on this site are for guidance only. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. E & OE.

In the event of a technical error which has resulted in the sale of a product at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

 

2. RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

Our strategy is to provide a broad range of branded golf equipment including golf clubs, golf clothing, golf bags, golf balls & golf accessories. Occasionally though, you may want to return items to us. For your peace of mind and happiness we offer the following terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

 

3. RETURNING UNWANTED PRODUCTS

The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) which fall under European Union legislation entitle a customer to a 7 day ‘cooling off period’ when purchasing over the internet or by email. You therefore have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of seven working days, commencing at the point of delivery.

Products can only be returned under the DSR’s in their original, brand new state, in the same, undamaged packaging and complete with all tags and labels. We will carry out an inspection of any returned products and make a decision about whether you are eligible for a refund. Any products which show signs of usage and/or wear and tear will not be refunded and we will post them back to you, for which you must pay the postage costs.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for golf equipment which shows evidence of having been used, or for custom made products, unless these are delivered with a manufacturer fault.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at sales@pro-golf-shop.co.uk or on +44 (0)800 043 3160, with your order number to hand.

If your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below), at your own cost, within seven working days of the date you contact us regarding the return. On receipt of the goods we will arrange a refund for the total product cost (excluding delivery costs), within 30 days of receiving the returned products, although this normally happens with 24 hours.

 

4. RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee, from the date of purchase. This is underwritten by the manufacturers and upon proof of purchase can be used at any dealer.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail sales@pro-golf-shop.co.uk or call +44 (0)800 043 3160 within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we will issue a refund. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you, in its original packaging, and once sufficient checks been made.

All other products within the 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee should be sent back to the address below. Following inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or return the item to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault.

 

5. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For all returned goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment to return the goods.

Responsibility for product returns remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the products. If you send a product back for an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.
